Michellene Davis, Esq., President & CEO, National Medical Fellowships
Michellene Davis assumed the role President and Chief Executive Officer of National Medical Fellowships, Inc., (NMF) in May of 2021. Founded in 1946, NMF was one of America’s first diversity organizations and remains the only national organization advancing health equity at the intersection of wealth and health.

Lou Hart, MD, Medical Director of Health Equity for Yale-New Haven Health System
Lou Hart, MD is the inaugural Medical Director of Health Equity for Yale-New Haven Health System (YNHHS). His mission in YNHHS' Office of Health Equity (OHE) is to eliminate unjust racial and social barriers that contribute to devastating health disparities for our patients. This goal is part of a collective effort to improve the health and wellbeing of all patients.

Alisahah Jackson, MD, VP, Population Health Innovation and Policy, CommonSpirit Health System
A musician, a physician, a wife and mother, a volunteer, and a leader are just a few words to describe Dr. Jackson. Above all, she is highly passionate about health equity, advocating that everyone should have the ability to achieve great health, no matter what they look like, how much money they make, or where they come from. Since serving the underserved had always been a priority, she completed her residency in Family Medicine at Carolinas Medical Center, where she was part of the Urban Track program. Since completing medical school, Dr. Jackson has held multiple clinical, academic, and operations leadership roles over her career including Medical Director of rural health clinics and Chair of the Department of Family Medicine. She was named the first ever Chief Community Impact Officer at Atrium Health where she created the Community Health Department, also establishing the first Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health strategies. Most recently, Dr. Jackson joined CommonSpirit Health as its first System Vice President of Population Health Innovation and Policy, with responsibilities for strategy development regarding vulnerable populations, health equity, and innovative care delivery models.

Nicole Kelm, Health Equity Leader
Nicole Kelm leads Strategy and Collaborations for Deloitte’s Health Equity Institute (DHEI). She’s dedicated to driving change to address root causes of health inequities. She leads the DHEI’s work focused on activating key decision makers to accelerate change, strengthening local ecosystems to advance more and healthy equitable communities, and driving health equity innovation and learning across the US.

Ann Mond Johnson joined the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) as CEO in 2018. Her experience includes launching, building and leading client driven companies that have been innovators in using healthcare technology and data to support consumers using healthcare.

Tracy Parris-Benjamin, LMSW, FHELA, Director, Community Health and Health Equity, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NJ
Tracy Parris-Benjamin is a master’s-level licensed Social Worker, integrator, and equity champion, who works to sustain support for advancing diversity, equity, accessibility, inclusion, and development. Ms. Parris-Benjamin holds a distinguished record of health care innovation and transformation. With the primary goal of achieving equitable health for all, Ms. Parris-Benjamin works with Horizon’s extensive value-based network to lead the development of innovative health programs targeted toward marginalized populations. As the current Director of Community Health and Health Equity at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, she translates executive strategy into tactical implementation, for a broad variety of community health initiatives and care models. Ms. Parris-Benjamin is responsible for leading payer/provider integration work and addressing social determinants of health. She also works with provider systems that are positioning themselves toward assuming global risk.
She leads several workgroups and discussions around increased awareness and stigma reduction of substance use disorders and has championed programs for HIV-positive pregnant teens and their families, survivors of domestic violence, individual and group counseling, parenting workshops to reunite families, and care coordination for underserved and chronically ill persons. She promotes the need for increased cognizance on the impact of health disparities and inequities in healthcare, for underserved populations and persons of color.

government, philanthropic and nonprofit sectors. After spending over a decade in the
government sector, Gina is an expert in community social impact and strategic partnerships. She
has led key initiatives in addressing violence intervention and prevention policy and
programming, partnership and funding strategies in workforce development and education for
opportunity youth and developing innovative initiatives with a focus on equity.

Sheila Phicil, Director of Innovation, Health Equity Accelerator, Boston Medical Center
Sheila has 13 years of experience in healthcare spanning policy, strategy, and operations. She has worked at multiple healthcare institutions including Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and the Veterans Health Administration. Sheila holds two Master’s degrees in Public Health and Financial Economics and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Colin Quinn, President, Included Health Communities
Colin Quinn serves as the President of Included Health Communities at Included Health, formerly Grand Rounds Health and Doctor On Demand.
Included Health Communities is reimagining the way healthcare should be delivered to diverse populations. Today, Included Health Communities is focused on creating a better healthcare experience for members of the Black and LGBTQ+ community by offering concierge navigation support and connecting them to inclusive providers who understand their unique health needs. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, he understands firsthand the challenges members of the LGBTQ+ community face navigating the healthcare system. He is passionate about raising care equity for underserved patient populations.
Previously, Colin founded Included Health, a comprehensive health platform for the LGBTQ+ community. The company was acquired by Grand Rounds Health and Doctor On Demand in May 2021.
Colin lives in New York City and enjoys traveling, reading and staying active through sports, hiking and Barry’s Bootcamp. Colin received his undergraduate degree in Finance at Butler University and has an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business
